• House expense records such as repairs, utilities, maintenance, insurance, service charges, and receipt notes

Important: Since data is stored locally, if you uninstall the app or lose your device, all data will be lost. We recommend regular backups of important information.

2. What We DO NOT Collect

LandlordPro does not collect or transmit:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Tenant information, payment records, or house expense records
• Location data
• Contact lists or phone data
• Photos or media files
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes

Your data never leaves your device and is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers.

3. Permissions Required

LandlordPro may request the following permissions to function properly:

• Notifications: To send you local reminders about upcoming rent payments. These are generated on your device only.
• Camera: Optional, only if you choose to attach a receipt photo to a house expense record.
• Storage: To save your data locally on your device.

All permissions are used solely for the functionality of the app and do not involve data collection or transmission.

4. In-App Purchases

If you choose a paid LandlordPro upgrade:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Store
• We do not collect or store your payment information
• We receive only a purchase confirmation from Google Play to unlock paid features
• Your purchase is managed through your Google Play account

5. Third-Party Services

LandlordPro uses minimal third-party services:

• Google Play Services: Only for in-app purchase processing. Google Play's privacy policy applies to purchase transactions.

6. Reminder Features

When you choose to send payment reminders to tenants:

• The reminder is created only when you manually choose to contact a tenant
• We do not store copies of messages sent
• We do not track or log communication with tenants

These features work entirely on your device without involving our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

LandlordPro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Since we don't collect any data at all, there is no risk of children's data being collected through our app.

8. Data Security

While we do not collect or store your data on external servers, we recommend you:

• Use your device's security features (lock screen, fingerprint, etc.)
• Keep your device's operating system updated
• Regularly back up important data manually (screenshots or notes)
• Be cautious about who has physical access to your device

Your data security depends on your device security since all information is stored locally.

9. Your Rights and Control

Since all data is stored only on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: All your data is accessible within the app at any time
• Deletion: Simply uninstall the app to remove all data from your device
• Export: You can manually export data by taking screenshots or copying information
